refund & cancellation policy
Brandia Digital Agency follows a transparent and hassle-free cancellation policy. Here are the terms of our no-fuss, easy-to-follow policy:
All cancellation requests should be sent to our billing department or communicated to your Account Manager. The cancellation will not be valid until it is confirmed by the respective department.
Cancellation requests will be considered only when the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order and the execution of our project has not started already.
Domain Name Registration Services: Once you purchase your Domain Name, you are its owner and it cannot be “canceled” until the duration of the domain term has expired. Domain names are controlled worldwide by Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN ) organization.
Cancellation of service renewals for ongoing website promotion, website hosting, or domain registration services must be made at least 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period.
Brandia Digital Agency will not be held responsible for any third-party services, such as hosting, web development, and content writing, etc.

Our refund policy has been devised to define the situations under which we will provide a refund. The procedure for claiming a refund and the responsibility of Brandia Digita Agency in circumstances of refunding have been crystal clearly described here. By registering for any of our services you are declaring that you accepted and agreed with all the terms and conditions outlined in the refund policy. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.
In the event of a project terminated on a mutual basis, the client has control of all completed work and any payment for further development will be voided. No previous payment will be refunded.
No refund will be given after the client approves mocks up and we have moved into development.
There are no refunds for projects mid-way through the development.
Payments for SEO and Digital Marketing Packages are non-refundable but a client may cancel with written notice 30 days in advance.
Hosting Services and Domain Names are non-refundable
We do not offer refunds on payments for project delays or abandonment that are caused by a lack of communication from the client’s end.
If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A $50 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit card processor), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Please contact us to address any billing issues.
Requesting a chargeback or opening a dispute for a valid charge from us is a fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.
Brandia Digital Agency reserves the right to disable and/or terminate a user’s account if a user is found in violation of the terms.
Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded.
